The First Urogynecology Practice in Central Illinois.
Miller Urogynecology has been serving central Illinois since 2007. Founded by Jay-James Miller, MD, Miller Urogynecology serves a 100% female patient population. We have created an environment where women feel safe discussing their most intimate health issues. We offer new, innovative minimally invasive procedures as well as non-surgical care for the urological, gynecological, and colorectal symptoms of pelvic floor dysfunction. We also treat women with urinary tract infections (UTIs) and other general gynecology conditions with a strong emphasis on education and prevention.

We provide care in a relaxing, private atmosphere and strongly believe in a comprehensive approach for female pelvic care. At Miller Urogynecology, we emphasize patient choice and education as well as patient-directed care plans. What this means is that we provide the complete range of options from conservative treatment to surgical correction. For this reason, the majority of time during appointments is spent on education. We also understand that medications and procedures may not be appropriate for all of our patients.
